03/07/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved REVISITED THE UNIT, RECEIVED NO RESPONSE AT THE DOOR AND NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS, MANAGEMENT STATED THEY SENT MAINTANENCE TO THE UNIT BUT ALSO RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THE OCCUPANT.
03/04/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, KNOCKED ON DOOR BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER, WENT TO THE MANAGERS OFFICE, SPOKE TO ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO STATED SHE DID NOT SEE ANY RECENT COMPLAINTS FROM THIS UNIT CONCERNING LEAKS IN THE KITCHEN OR BATHROOM. THEY DO SPRAY EACH OF THE BUILDINGS MONTHLY. I ASKED IF SHE COULD SEND A MAINTANENCE PERSON OVER TO INSPECT THE UNITS FOR LEAKS AND BECAUSE IT COULD BE LEAKING FROM UNIT ABOVE, TO PLEASE CHECK THE UPPER UNIT. WILL FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY.
