Complaint form was for work by the owner not completed for over a year. Todays inspection found no ditches for the sewer and no added bathroom. I met with a worker inside who stated there was nobody living there, they had recently moved out. The person stated he was hired to remodel the unit. I found flooring removed to bare concrete, patches made to the drywall and will be painted, back bathroom tile surround was removed and retiled, all plumbing fixtures will be removed and replaced, all electrical covers replaced and fixtures to be replaced. There was no work that required a permit. There are no violations. Compliance / Close Case. |
