09/22/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - Met with the tenant and served the N.O.V. and went over the items that need to be address. Went over the truck in the front on the east side and that will be removed, the storage and the vehicles removed behind the fenced area, tbe storage behind the fenced area and also getting permits for the fence that has been added and the extension of the fence height through out the rear yard area. Did go over that the structures on the property that have been added need to be approved by Planning and Development Services Department or removed. Did go over on cleaning of the property of the couches in the front by the street and on the front yard area. Did let the tenant know that the owner has been mailed a copy on what she did receive on site. The tenant stated that she will clean and work on the drawings for the sheds. RV.
09/15/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The Ward 5 office called that the property has a pile of trash and debri on the property. Did check the site and has an area with couches piled for a Brush and Bulky pick up. The next pick up for the Brush and Bulky is next January of 2023. Does have some vehicles in the front of the property and are operable with one truck having flat tires. They have tall grass and weeds on the side and not in violation at this time. Will do N.O.V. RV.
06/22/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The office called that the water is off and getting water from the neighbors. Arrived and the water is on and is an active account. Did meet with the owner and the water is on to all fixtures and no able to find any hoses over the fence to get water from the neighbors. Do have a case on other issues on the property and did go over those issues with the owner. She will be addressing those issues. RV.

01/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site to check the progress and still in violation. Met with the tenant and took pictures for the citation. Did go over that a contractor may be brought in to have the property cleaned. Did go over on the tenant trying to keep the items and did show her that she is over the allowed allowance for the property or will need to remove all the storage rooms on the property. The daughter was suppose to have plans done and has none at this time. did go over on the citation being written and will still have time to clean the property. Will do citation. RV.
01/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and met with the tenant and the people staying on the property. Did let the tenant know that I talk to the daughter of the owner and that the property is going to be vacated due to of the amount of issues on the property and the property will be cleaned. Due to the amount of people being seen in the house, did ask for permission to check the interior of the house and the tenant refused. The daughter of the owner does not want to pay for permits for the structures to remain that are on the property that require a permit and will be removed from the property. Did talk to the daughter on securing the property and will require a board up due to the people will keep coming to the property. The daughter of the owner will let the City of Tucson know if needs to call the contactor to the site on Thursday when checking the site if vacated. The tenant refused signing the N.O.V. to Vacate and let the people on the property know that on Thursday 2-2-2023 will be back to secure the site and remove the gas and the electric at the meters. Not much has been done on the cleaning of the property and has placed another vehicle behind the wood fence that was installed in the front. The N.O.V. to Vacate was placed with tape on the window by the front door. RV.
02/02/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and met with the person living in the house. Some male came out and stated that we can not remove the people from the house at this time that they got an attorney and file for an extension. Did go over with Jackie that the appeal that was filed is not the owner of the property and not the listed owner for the property. The sons for the owner showed to the talk to the aunt who's living in the house with the daughter. The aunt Jackie is refusing to leave the site and did the inspection of the property and checked all the violation that still exist and cited. Jackie signed 4 citation and did go over that if the house is vacated and no one on site on Monday, that the citation will be removed. Will check the site on Monday at 5:00 PM to check the status. Did go over on securing the site on boarding up the windows and doors and that will be checked on if the sons will do it or if the City of Tucson contractor will secure. Was on site with inspector Morales and Guido. RV.
02/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site on my way home from another call to check if the house was vacant as agreed on 2-2-23 that the house would be vacant. Did pull up to the site and the house was dark. Did put my lights on to light the front door area to check if anyone was home. Got no answer when knocking on the front door and did check the rear yard and someone was working and did not come to the front of the house. Did go to my truck and was ready to leave and Alex the daughter of the person living in the house came out and we talked on if the house was empty and she stated that they were given until midnight by the son of the listed owner. The son is the power of attorney for the owner Robert. I did mentioned that the music was to loud and she had it lowered As I was talking to Alex and a male came out and started to state that we are not allowed to remove the people from the house due to they hired an attorney. I did mention that the attorneys will need to talk to the City of Tucson attorneys and they will get back to us. The male did go get his lap top and was trying to show me some drawings on what was being submitted. He than stated that he submitted the drawings and I check the system and found nothing. He than stated that he took the drawings to 4004 S Park Ave. and gave them to Laurie. I did state that we do not look at plans and have to be taken to 201 N. Stone Ave. Than another male came to give me the phone that his probation officer was on the phone to tell me that they can't be removed and I did tell who was ever on the phone that they needed to talk to Alex due to the agreement made on 2-2-23 to be moved out from the house by 5:00 PM on 2-6-23. At that time I left the site due to more people were coming to the property. RV.
06/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site to meet with the listed owners daughter. The owner has died a month ago and the daughter is in the process of selling the house once it's cleaned up. T.P.D. was on site to have the property cleared due to the daughter went to the site and there was approx. 10-people looking through items. They were all asked to leave the site and if T.P.D. gets here and they are on site that they can be arrested for trespassing. Did do the N.O.V. to Vacate and posted by the front door. Did place Do Not Enter on several area to show that the property needs to be kept vacant. The daughter called to have the openings covered with plywood that are opened at this time and the front door has been removed. Was on site with inspector SAM. RV.
06/21/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and the property is still being cleaned. No one was on site and the house is vacant and secured. Still has 3-storage rooms and those are being demo'ed at this time. Still has piles of trash and debris. The house is being sold and waiting on offer to settle on who gets the house. The posting of Do Not Enter are still in place and the N.O.V. to Vacate are still at the front door. RV.
11/03/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and checked the property and progress of the cleaning of the property. Met with the tenants and went over on what needs to be done. Did go over the shade screen on if to remain on the property will need to show how it was built and has no true connection on anchors to connect the post to beams or rafters or purlins. Did go over the cleaning of the property. Not able to see the property from the streets due to has a high fence on the rear yard area. Did go over the drawings on the structures that will remain on the property. Will need to show the fencing that has been added in the front of the house area when doing the plans. Did go over that the approval will be given with no inspections. Will check in 30 days. RV.
