OWNER STATED SHE WAS UNABLE TO AFFORD TO HAVE PROPERTY CLEANED BY A MAINTANENCE COMPANY AND ASKED IF SHE COULD HAVE TIME TO FIND SOMEBODY HELP, TIME WAS GRANTED. RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER STATING THAT THEFALLING SECTIONS OF FENCE WERE REMOVED AND PLACED INSIDE HER YARD, AND THAT ALL GRASS AND WEEDS HAD BEEN CUT. INSPECTION DID FIND THE FENCE REMOVED AND WEEDS CUT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
