| 07/13/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Received a call that the fence has been cut and was checked. The rear panel was cut by the gate. Did check the house and all is secured except the door to the storage room in the rear of the house. Did find the plywood and was able to place over the opening and was secured. The plywood was loose on one end and was able to add screws to have the carport secured. Some of the items have been moved around but all is trash and debris. The vehicle will be removed tomorrow by the owner of the house. The property has been sold and will be final next week. The new owner will be cleaning the property once they take over the property. Did go to the site with inspector Morales and the house is secured. Did find where the wires have been cut to puch the temp fence open to get to the rear gate. Was able to look around and not able to see anything missing. Was able to re-secure the fence panel and all was secured at that time. RV. | |

| 06/24/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | ON SITE--MYSELF, INSPECTOR VALDEZ AND TUCSON POLICE MET AT THE PROPERTY TO ALLOW TPD TO VACATE THE PROPERTY SO WE COULD CONDEMN THE PROPERTY FOR NO WATER AND POSSIBLE ELECTRIC TAMPERING AND HOARDING TPD CLEARED THE PROPERTY AND WE CONFIRMED THE ELECTRIC TAMPERING AND PROCEEDED WITH THE CONDEMNATION OF THE PROPERTY. WHILE THERE, I MADE CONTACT WITH THE SISTERS OF THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD THE POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER THE OWNERS AFFAIRS AND THEY WANTED TO THE PROPERTY CLEARED OF ALL PEOPLE, ANIMALS, TRASH AND DEBRIS. THEY WERE AWARE THE CITY COULD POSSIBLY CLEAN AND PLACE A LIEN ON THE PROPERTY THAT TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE COMPLETELY FINE WITH IT AND JUST WANTED THE PROPERTY CLEARED. | |
| 06/24/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Did call T.P.D. to meet on site with inspector Gholson and they did show. Did go over the incident of yesterday and the went to the site to meet 2-males. The people in the house did agree to leave the site and understood that the house was going to be boarded up to prevent entry. One person left right a way and Brain was gathering items to leave. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the opening boarded up except the front door to be allowed to enter the house. Did call PACC to the site due to the dogs were being left behind and belong to the owner of the property and not able to locate the owner. While removing the dogs did find some cats and those were also removed. Once the house was vacant did check the condition and the house was cluttered and has no clear paths to the doors and windows. The water is off for non payment and the toilets are filled with human waste. The electrical was removed at the pole and has double lugging at the disconnect and will require a upgrade. The gas meter has been removed due to damaged before this case. While doing the board up the person kept coming back and aguring with the neighbors. Did call the supervisor Luarie Pumphery and asked and permission to place a fence on the property line to keep the people out of the property. Was having traffic of people driving by to check the house and some were to visit the people living in the house. Called Biff Baker Fence to place the temp. fence on the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the property. Did place a gate on the front by the driveway to enter the property on the temp fencing. RV. | |

| 06/23/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR VALDEZ. MADE CONTACT WITH PERSONS AT THE PROPERTY, THE MALE INFORMED US HIS NAME WAS BRIAN AND THE FEMALE ON SITE NAME WAS SHANNON. WE HAD INFORMATION THAT THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. THE FEMALE SHANNON CONFIRMED THIS BY SAYING "I'M HERE BUT NOT HERE..YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?" MYSELF AND INSPECTOR VALDEZ INFORMED THEM BOTH OF THE VIOLATONS PENDING AND THQT THEY HAD TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. WHILE TALKING TO THE MAN NAMED BRIAN WE NOTICED A LARGE ACCUMULATION OF TRASH AND REFUSE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. AFTER WE REPEATED THE ORDER TO VACATE THE MAN BRIAN BECAME VERY IRRATE AND MADE A GESTURE LIKE HE WAS GOING TO STRIKE INSPECTOR VALDEZ. INSPECTOR VALDEZ AND MYSELF BACKED AWAY AND LEFT THE FRONT AREA AND WARNED THEM THAT THE POLICE WOULD BE CALLED. WE DROVE TO THE ALLEY TO VERIFY TRASH AND DEBRIS AND ELECTRIC TAMPERING, WHILE THERE WE NOTICED THE MALE AND FEMALE WALKING SWIFTLY DOWN THE ALLEY. |
