Went to the site and the person in the house was getting aggessive and will be leaving the site and will come back with T.P.D. The people Brain and Shannon are not suppose to be in the house and Shannon stated that she is only on the property to get records for a court case on eviction. While going to check the water meter, did find the people going down the alley to leave the site. Did find the water meter and has a red zip tie. The rear of the house is opened and has dogs in the rear yard and entering the house. Was on site with inspector Gholson RV. |
