Entered by LOPEZ - Was called by Tep do the tampering at panel after inspection found that unit 2308 North Forgeus had ran lines from panel of 2606 East Grant with expose lines above ground to power up unit disconnected all expose hazard lines advised tenant power will be shutting down due to unsafe electrical before occupying unit will need to CC two power unit back up posting unsafe to occupy
