ELECTRICAL: ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES NEED TO BE EVALUATED OR REPLACED BY A LICENSE CONTRACTOR. T.E.P. HAS BOOTED THE METER TO DEACTIVATE THE WET DEVICES.

PLUMBING: WATER HEATER WITH A MANUFACTURE DATE OF 2016 HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT IN A NON-CODE COMPLIANT MANNER.

MECHANICAL: HVAC SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS IN A NON-CODE COMPLAINT AND HAZARDOUS MANNER. ITS DEDICATED DISCONNECT IS OBSTRUCTED FROM BEING ABLE TO BE TERMINATED, ITS CONDUCTORS ARE NOT PROPERLY ANCHORED AND IS SUSPENDED BY THE CONDUIT.

UNIT HAS BEEN POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY UNTIL ALL PROPER PERMITS ARE OBTAINED FOR THE RESTORATION. PROPERTY MANAGER IS AWARE OF VIOLATIONS AND THE NEED TO OBTAIN PERMITS. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE HAS SECURED THE UNIT.
