THERE IS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT UNIT. EXTERIOR ROOF EVE MEMBERS HAVE SIGNS OF ALLIGATORING AND SMOKE DAMAGE. THE KITCHEN DOOR EXIT HAS SIGNS OF HEAT DAMAGE TO ITS ASSEMBLY. THE DECKING OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN DOOR EXIT HAS SEVERE SIGNS OF WOOD ROT AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. THE EXTERIOR APPLIANCE CLOSET DOORS ARE DAMAGED AND HAVE SIGNS OF WOOD ROT.
ELECTRICAL: ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES NEED TO BE EVALUATED OR REPLACED BY A LICENSE CONTRACTOR. T.E.P. HAS BOOTED THE METER TO DEACTIVATE THE WET AND HEAT DAMAGED DEVICES. NONMETALLIC SHEATHING NEAR KITCHEN DOOR EXITS APPEARS TO HAVE A HEAT BLISTER. HVAC ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS IS NOT PROTECTED AND IN AN AREA PRONE TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. ELECTRICAL DOWNSTREAM PANEL IS LOCATED INSIDE A STORAGE CLOSET WITH COMBUSTIBLES AND LACKS OF WORKMAN'S SPACE (PLYWOOD SOFFIT OF SOME SORT INSTALLED INSIDE REDUCING THE REQUIRED WORKSPACE SIZE)

PLUMBING: GAS UTILITY HAS BEEN TERMINATED DUE TO PLUMBING HAS ENDURED HEAT FROM THE FIRE.

MECHANICAL: HVAC SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS IN A NON-CODE COMPLAINT MANNER. ITS CONDUCTORS ARE EXPOSED AND NOT PROTECTED FROM PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

UNIT HAS BEEN POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY UNTIL ALL PROPER PERMITS ARE OBTAINED FOR THE RESTORATION. PROPERTY MANAGER IS AWARE OF VIOLATIONS AND THE NEED TO OBTAIN PERMITS. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE HAS SECURED THE UNIT.
