08/18/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inspector Slaiwa and Sup. Pumphrey met owner at location. A large amount of refuse and storage were removed. Storage of items still remains clearly visible from public areas include stacks of block, firewood, and other materials. Owner was advised he could have personal storage in a screened area with 5' structurally sound opaque wall or fence with approved materials. This fence could be around entire property or a small area in the side or rear yards and must first be approved for location by PDSD on site plan or if taller, an approved building permit.

Large amount of unknown materials for possible business use being stored at the rear of the property. Semi trailer stored at the rear of the property. Piles of soil/ground cover also piled and spread on the graded property.
