THERE IS SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE DWELLING'S DOUBLE BRICK WALL. THE NORTH WALL DAMAGED AREA IS ESTIMATED AT 8 FEET IN HEIGHT BY 9 FEET IN LENGTH, IN THIS WALL THERE WAS A 4 X 5 WINDOW DESTROYED WITH NO SUPPORT TO THE WOOD HEADER AND STEEL LINTEL.
THE REMAINING DOUBLE BRICK WALL AREAS IN THE NORTH WALL AND THE CORNER HAVE SEPARATIONS BETWEEN THE DOUBLE BRICKS WITH DEEP CRACKS IN THE MORTAR JOINTS ALONG WITH LOOSE BRICKS. THE WALLS ALSO HAS CRACK IN THE PLASTER NEAR THE CEILING AREA.

THE WEST WALL HAS MULTIPLE CRACKS FROM ΒΌ INCH TO 1-INCH-DEEP IN THE INTERIOR'S PLASTER WHICH RUN 7 FEET, THERE ARE BRICKS WITH SEPARATIONS NEAR THE CORNER AREAS. DAY LIGHT IS VISIBLE FROM THE CRACKS. THE EXTERIOR WAS HAS MULTIPLE BRICK WHICH HAVE SHIFTED OUTWARDS.


ELECTRICAL: THERE IS ONE OUTLET WITH A DUPLEX RECEPTACLE NEAR THE IMPACTED CORNER, THE CEILING HAS MULTIPLE RECESS LIGHT FIXTURES. POWER WAS TURNED OFF TO THE TV ROOM WITH CIRCUIT BREAKER IDENTIFIED AS LINE 2 ON THE SERVICE PANEL. THIS EFFECTED POWER TURN OFF TO THE BEDROOM AND AN INTERIOR WALL AND OUTLETS TO THE BATHROOM.

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY DUE TO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND POWER DISCONNECT. THE DAMAGED OPENING WAS SECURED BY BOARDING, A 4 X 4 MAKE UP POST WAS INSTALLED TO SHORE UP THE HEADER. CODE ENFORCEMENTS ORDERS INCLUDE CIRCUIT BREAKER: IDENTIFIED AS LINE 2, SHALL REMAIN OFF, DAY TIME ACCESS TO HOME ALLOWED, GUEST HOUSE OK TO OCCUPY.
