THERE IS A 4 X 4 ROOF CUT OUT WITH MINIMAL DAMAGE TO THE RAFTERS, ΒΌ INCH CUT. THE DECKING AREA ESTIMATED AT 2 X 8 FOOT SECTION ADJACENT TO THE 4 X 4 CUT OUT HAS SECTIONS WHICH HAVE DELAMINATED. THE INTERIOR DOORS AND FRAMES HAVE DEEP CRACKS AND BURNT. THE ENTIRE SHEETROCK TO THE BEDROOM AND ITS CLOSET HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY WATER. THE SHEETROCK IN THE OTHER ROOMS HAVE MULTIPLE INSPECTION HOLES IN THE CEILING. THE ENTIRE HOME'S SHEETROCK IS SMOKED. BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE BROKEN WINDOWS. ELECTRICAL: THE BEDROOM AND HALLWAY HAVE ELECTRICAL DEVICES WHICH ARE MELTED AND DAMAGED BY WATER. THE FURNACE ROOM SUSTAINED SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE TO IT'S ELECTRICAL OUTLET. THE METER WAS REMOVED, POWER DISCONNECT BY TEP. PLUMBING: SWG DID PIN METER OFF, FURNACE AND ITS GAS LINE SUSTAINED FIRE /HEAT DAMAGE. MECHANICAL: ALL DUCTS AND INTERIOR OF THE HOME HAVE HEAVY SMOKE REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
