VISITED SITE, DID FIND A CELL TOWER BEHIND OR ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE 3 STORY BUILDING NEXT TO THE STRUCTURE. THE COMPLAINTANT CITED A ORDINANCE THAT CODE ENFORCEMENT DOES NOT ENFORCE. I CONTACTED SUPERVISOR MARTIN ROMERO WHO CONFIRMED WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CELL TOWERS, C/E HAS NO JURISDICTION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
