VISITED SITE, FOUND ONLY A FEW GRASS AND WEEDS HERE AND THERE. I DID FIND PALM FRONDS LYING IN THE FRONT YARD. INSPECTOR REMOVED THE PALM FRONDS AND TOOK THEM TO C.O.T. TRANSFER STATION ABATING THE ISSUE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
