Entered by LOPEZ - AFTER INSPECTION FOUND THAT SQUATTERS STARTED A FIRE IN THIS UNIT, DAMAGED CEILING, WALLS, SOME ELECTRICAL, ROOF, SOME FRAMING ALL THOUGH-OUT THE HALL WAY,RESTROOM, AND FOUR ROOMS, EXTERIOR STRUCTURE GOOD, building was vacant and has three other unit's that were unsecured, damaged doors and windows due to squatters also tampering with electrical panel, tep removed meter's and will be requiring cc before regenerating also gas meter was previously pinned . will have Arcadia Inc. secure property and post unsafe to occupy.
