THE PANEL IS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE BUILDING. THE PANEL FEEDERS FROM THE SERVICE AREA ARE RESTING ON TOP OF THE SHED. THE SHED HAS AN OUTLET WITH EXPOSED CONDUCTORS AND A UNSECURED RECEPTACLE. NEXT TO THE SHED AREA IS AN UNPROTECTED WATER HEATER WITH UNPROTECTED EXPOSED WIRING. THE SERVICE HAS EMT CONDUCT WHICH ENTERS A JUNCTION BOX, NOT RATED FOR OUTDOOR AND ARE LOCATED NEXT TO THE SERVICE ENTRANCE. THIS JUNCTION BOX HAS MULTIPLE WHITE CONDUCTS WHICH ARE TAPED WITH BLACK CONDUCTS WHICH FEED THE 125 AMP PANEL DOWNSTREAM. TUCSON POLICE SHARED INTERIOR PHOTOS OF UNSANITARY LIVING CONDITIONS SUCH AS: DEAD ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AREA, EXTENSION CORDS BEING USED AS PERMANENT WIRING. A WIRE ENTERING THE CLOSET AREA AND EXITING TO AN UNKNOWN DESTINATION. EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF STORAGE BLOCKING THE BEDROOM WINDOW. OVERALL: THE POWER TO THE MAIN SERVICE WAS DISCONNECT DUE TO UNAPPROVED, HAZARDOUS WIRING METHODS. THE INTERIOR HAS UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS. ALL DWELLINGS ON THE PROPERTY ARE CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
