I DROVE THE PARKING LOT AREA AND FOUND THE AREAS TO BE VERY CLEAN, THE COMMON AREA BETWEEN THIS PROPERTY AND THE APT COMPLEX TO THE SOUTH ALSO VERY CLEAN. FOUND ONLY MINOR DEBRIS NEXT TO THE BUS STOP ON THE EAST R.O.W. EXCEPT FOR THE BUS STOP THE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE PROPERTY ALONG GRANT WHICH IS PARTIALLY CITY PROPERTY IS FAIRLY CLEAN. BOTH SIDES FACE MAJOR STREETS THAT ATTRIBUTE TO ANY TRASH ON THE PROPERTY. TODAYS INSPECTION FOUND NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
