ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS NOT A VISIBLE TREE THAT VIOLATES CODE. THERE ARE NO OBSTRUCTIONS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. THE AREA IS A HOA AND CALLER CAN CHECK WITH THEM CONCERNING HIS COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS A VIOLATION IN THEIR BILAWS. OWNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF COMPLAINT. |
