on site; with tenant in unit c-214, there is no heat to her apartment, thermostat reading 67 with it on heat and set to 76. spoke to mgr who was very combative with notice issued by ce inspector. 24 hr notice issued to provide heat to unit, also a 10 day nov issued for refuse and debris on the property, there was some refuse that was set on fire and the burnt remains of the refuse were not removed from the parking lot, broken glass on the parking lot, construction materials, etc. the garbage containers are all overfilling and overflowing onto the ground, containers open and not closed shut. inspector expalined to mgr that more pick up will be needed and containers must remain closed. will follow up 1-14-2022 to heat notice. |
