INSPECTOR ENTERED UNIT WITH TFD AND FOUND ANIMAL FECES AND URIN THROUGHOUT THE SMALL ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. THERE WAS ACCUMULATION OF CLOTHES, REFUSE, TRASH AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. THERE WERE ROACHES ON THE FLOOR, WALLS, CEILINGS, BED, KITCHEN COUNTERS, APPLIANCES AND RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE ENTRY DOOR. THERE WERE 2 CATS AND ONE LARGE DOG IN THE UNIT. THE UNIT IS NOW CONDEMNED FOR UNSAFE UNSANITARY LIVING CONDITIONS AND NO SMOKE ALARMS, NO ANSWER FROM MANGEMENT, NO ONSITE MGT FOUND. WILL NOT SHUT OFF POWER HOWEVER WILL BOARD UP THE UNIT AS THE TENANT CLAIMED HE WOULD COME BACK INTO THE UNIT WHEN OFFICIALS LEAVE. SPOKE TO SUPER MROMERO OKAY TO BOARD UP. CALLED CITY BOARD UP CREW, CHARGED AS FOLLOWS: 1- 3X7 DOOR PIN, 1- 3X7 DOOR, 2- 4X4 WINDOWS. POSTED UNIT WITH "DO NOT ENTER" PLACARD. ISSUED A NOTICE OF EMERG ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE. TENANT REFUSED TO SIGN, WILL MAIL TO LISTED OWNER. TENANT REMOVED ANIMALS AND LEFT THE UNIT. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME.
