I FOUND THE PARKING IN THE REAR AND EAST SIDE YARD TO BE VERY CLEAN, NO GRASS OR WEEDS, TRASH OR DEBRIS, BACK YARD WAS FENCED WITH A 6FT METAL FENCE. I FOUND THE FRONT PORCH TO HAVE ONLY KIDS TOYS UNABLE TO BE SEEN FROM THE STREET BECAUSE OF PONY WALL AROUND THE FRONT PORCH, AND VERY MINIMAL DEBRIS IN THE FRONT YARD, MAYBE A DRINK CUP OR PLASTIC BOTTLE HERE OR THERE BECAUSE ITEMS PROBABLY BLEW UP ONTO THE YARD BECAUSE PEOPLE THROW THEM OUT FROM CARS OR WALKING BY THE PROPERTY. I PICKED UP THE CUPS FROM THE FRONT YARD, BUT THIS MUST BE A DAILY OCCURANCE. ISSUE ABATED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
