ELECTRICAL WIRING AND DEVICES ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE DAMAGE ZONE. DRYWALL MISSING, FIRE INSPECTION HOLES IN DRYWALL, IN NORTH WEST CORNER OF STORAGE ROOM THERE IS A SMALL PORTION OF RAFTERS AND SHEETHING THAT SUSTAINED SOME CHARRING. ALL OTHER RAFTERS ARE IN TACT. STORAGE AREA IS FLOODED. UNITS 420, 419, 418, 320 AND 316 HAVE ALL SUSTATINED WATER DAMAGE DUE TO FIRE DEPT. TEP HAS SHUT AND LOCKED OUT MAIN SERVICE PANEL TO THE ENTIRE NORTH AND NORTH WEST BUILDINGS TO INCLUDE SOME NORTH EAST UNITS, DISPLACING OVER 40 FAMILIES, SUNTRAN BUS WAS CALLED IN AND AMERICAN RED CROSS TO ASSIST ON PLACEMENT. CE AND TFD CALLED TEP BACK ON SITE TO TURN ON MAIN AS CE AND TFD FOUND MULTIPLE UNLABELED ELECTRICAL PANELS. CE AND TFD WORKED TOGETHER ON ISOLATING THE UNITS AND STORAGE ROOM TO SHUT POWER SUPPLY TO THOSE AREAS. DUE TO SUCCESS IN ISOLATION, CE ONLY CONDEMNED 8 UNITS AND ONE STORAGE ROOM. UNITS 421, 417, 416 WERE CONDEMNED DUE TO LACK OF POWER AS IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO ISOLATE THERE POWER TURN OFF FROM THE BREAKER SUB PANELS. FAMILIES WERE ALL ABLE TO RETURN TO THEIR UNITS WITH THE EXPECTION OF THE 8 UNITS. ONE UNIT 316 WAS A VACANT UNIT HOWEVER IT DID SUSTAIN WATER DAMAGE. AN EMERG ORDER TO VACATE WAS ISSUES FOR ALL UNITS LACKING POWER AND WATER DAMAGE. A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PERMITS TO REPAIR ELECTRICAL WIRING AND TO LABEL ALL ELECTRICAL PANELS TO CITY CODE. A STATEMENT ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD WILL BE REQUIRED FORM THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR INDICATING THAT IT IS SAFE TO RE-ENERGIZE THE BUILDINGS AND UNITS. THE INDEMNIFICATION FROM WAS ALSO ISSUED AND ALL PAPERWORK SIGNED BY PROPERTY MANGAGEMENT. CITY BOARDING CONTRACTOR WAS CALLED TO SECURE THE STORAGE ROOM AREA; AS FOLLOWS; 2- 3X7 DOORS BOARDED, 2- 3X7 DOORS PINNED. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME PENDING INSPECTIONS OF UNITS AND ELECTRICIANS LETTER.
