I ASKED IF ANY WALLS WERE BEING ADDED OR REMOVED. HE SAID NO. HE STATED ONE OF THE WINDOWS IN THE REAR BEDROOM HAD BEEN REMOVED AND A SMALLER DOUBLE DOOR ADDED IN ITS PLACE. LINTEL REMAINED IN PLACE AND TRIMMERS ADDED TO THE OPENING FOR THE REDUCED SIZE DOOR, WINDOW WAS IN THE BACK YARD SO I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE SIZES OF WINDOW AND DOOR, I HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED. THERE WERE NO ADDED INTERIOR WALLS. ALL THE CABINETS WERE REMOVED. FLOORING REMOVED. LIGHT FIXTURES AND PLUMBING FIXTURES WERE REMOVED AND WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW FIXTURES. NEW CABINETS WERE INSIDE THE KITCHEN AREA AND NEW VINYL FLOORING WAS PLACED IN THE LIVING ROOM. THE BATHROOM SHOWER TILE WAS ALSO REMOVED AND WILL BE REPLACED. ALL DOORS WERE REMOVED BUT WILL BE REUSED. THERE WILL ALSO BE NEW PAINT THRU OUT THE HOUSE. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THE WORK BEING COMPLETED AND THEY DO NOT REQUIRE PERMITS. ALL NEW PLUMBING WAS COMPLETED AND RUN THRU THE TRUSSED ROOF AND COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT IN 2020. THERE ARE NO PERMIT ISSUES, NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
