5/30/23: Nail plate needed at electrical wiring in garage, top plate penetration must be sealed, back porch light covered by lath, seal all penetrations going through bottom floor to second floor, nail plates missing through the house, seal all penetrations through vapor barrier, incorrect plate at ABS in stair way, in laundry room wires at light switch has to be made up and secured, seal penetration in laundry room bottom plate, secure receptacle box in upstairs room and bathroom, secure thermostat wire to wall, dry vents, tubs are not tested for leakage, STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
