12/1/25: GFCI receptacles required at laundry room, receptacle at laundry room has no power, Label all circuits at panel, 240v receptacle at laundry requires cover plate, carbon monoxide alarm required in laundry room for water heater, smoke alarms that were removed in existing rooms must be re-installed, smoke alarm missing at master bathroom/ closet per plans, pressure relief valve must be properly terminated, insulate hot water lines at hot waster heater, ensure proper combustion air for water heater, caulking required at toilets, office was not walked during inspection ( please ensure all receptacles are functional), water hammer arrestors required at washer in laundry room, verify tempered glazing at master bathroom, verify receptacle at new hallway between master bedroom and existing bedroom. New exterior porch must be painted or coated for protection. |
