Not ready. Missing anchor bolts behind shear walls according to the shear wall schedule. Add anchor bolts to those that are out of the center third of the bottom plate. Nose at last step at stairway needs to be cut. Max is an 1" 1/4. Straps at exterior south second floor need to be nailed. Nail every 16" at bottom plate second floor perimeter. 5/17/2023 |
