This house is not safe to be reconnected. There are many examples of non-professional wiring existing, such as multiple runs of Romex stapled to wall exteriors with unmounted outlets, questionable old and new panels on the interior and exterior, and a possible mix of 2 wire and 3 wire feeds to 3 prong outlets.
Recommend a licensed electrician do a complete system evaluation to determine the extent of corrections needed before a reconnect will be allowed. |
