The panel had indicators on the outside, that appear to show unlicensed and unprofessional workmanship and materials. The panel has been improperly cut for conduit penetration on the right side. There is no evidence of bonding and grounding for the system. There is no address label on the panel. Peripherally, there appears to be possible unsafe/unprofessional wiring as well. It is recommended that a licensed electrician evaluate the panel and distribution system, and make all appropriate repairs and replacements, for the safety of this dwelling unit and it’s inhabitants, as soon as possible, if anyone is residing there. |
