3/1/24: Waste clean-outs need to be cut off to final grade and screw caps attached. Light fixture and electrical outlet needs to be added at attic access entry point. Grading and landscaping needs to be completed around house. Water heater is being re-piped at time of inspection, gas line is not under pressure, and vent pipe has been removed to make repairs to gas water heater piping. |
