No front porch according to the plans. No ani tip hold down for stove. No hammer arrestor. Provide ladder to check the unit on the roof. Smoke detector needs to be 3’ from register. Not built according to plan. Provide arc fault breakers per plan. Provide a UFER for electrical panel. Re submit a revision on how the house is built. Ceiling fans are too low. Need to be flushed to ceiling. STOPPED INSPECTION. 11/22/2023 |
