4-2-25, provide set of approved plans, missing nails on h-25's and h-25's at studs. missing anchor bolt at north exterior wall, tighten anchor bolts at south wall, missing king studs at north and south windows, missing straps at beams to posts connections at existing to new framing, replace headers over north window, exterior walls call for 15inches o.c. And we have 24inches o.c. STOPPED INSPECTION ADDITIONAL ITEMS MSY BE ADDED. |
