06/28/2024	ENGR Engineering Final	Partial Pass	I walked all of the site and have checked the area in question for non-compliance slopes and grades. It has been determined that the 4 foot area on both sides of the perimeter drain on the outside of the splash pad is non-compliant for Cross Slope. In most areas it exceeds the 2% maximum slope from the drain outward on both sides. This needs to be removed and replaced so that it is back within compliancy limits. A Letter has been submitted stating that this facility was Inspected and Approved by Parks and Recreation Staff and is in Compliance with the Approved Plans and all Codes and Requirements.
06/25/2024	ENGR Engineering Final	Partial Pass	The splash pad drainage on the east west south exceeds the 2%. Ranges from 2.05 to 2.58 on the north side it’s good there.
06/07/2024	ENGR Engineering Final	Not Ready	Courtesy visit to discuss site requirements.
