08/25/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Not Ready Side around the buildings, all appear to be OK for a pedestrian access for the general public. Minor cleanup of all sites will be required prior to the authorization for tenants to be moved in. The parking structures for these units will also have to be free and clear of all trash, debris, construction equipment, and contractors personnel equipment once tenancy has been given. The drainage openings at the Southwest corner of the building are not adequate to all drainage flowing from this area. The Engineer of Record needs to revise his Drawings for the minor changes that may be required to eliminate the possibility of having standing water.
