08/22/2025 COT - HCPL - Sewer  Re-inspection required 8-22-25: pending sewer test & roof drain on west side of building-see previous plumbing notes, paint all exterior pvc/abs, label junction box at 1st floor northeast stair case, above ceiling at in restrooms, wrap hot water copper line above ceiling in men's restroom, lower restroom mirrors to 40" to reflective surface, lower baby changers to 2' 3" AFF, missing restroom fan covers & at janitors closet, lower all ADA signage to 48" to the base of braille, missing mini split at drive-thru and finish tying HVAC on second floor, missing label on panel in 1st floor electrical room, firefoam vertical penetrations above electrical conduits above panel in janitors closet, firefoam all penetrations around elevator shaft cmu walls.
