Builder should revise plans to the exact match of the proposed work. Missing exhaust fan at laundry room. Plans call for the water heater to be in the laundry room and it's currently outside. Revise plans on the pex lines being exposed to damage and weather . Builder has to write a letter stating full responsibility of the life of the building and submit the letter to the dashboard before calling in an inspection. Plans call for the master bedroom to be part of the existing building but looks like new construction along with the flex room. Missing smoke detectors at bedroom and out side of the bedroom. 10/11/2023 |
