5-12-25, block 4-gang box, firefoam all penetrations at top plates, DWV not under test, electrical receptacles/light switches not made up at missing stairs, electrical schedule does not match # of circuits-provide an updated schedule to the city for review/approval or add circuits according to approved plans. Exhaust's are not permitted to be located underneath soffits and prohibited from discharging onto a sidewalk, walking surface as it may cause moisture and a slippery surface. Duct termination shall terminate not less than 3' from in any direction from openings into buildings. Exhaust duct termination shall be equipped with a backdraft damper. See M1501.1, M1502.3 & M1502.3.2 for details. Also, add a CS16 strap to top plates where over notched more than 40% on interior non bearing framing. Condenser unit not installed. |
