IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported midway on vertical runs, IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported every 4' on horizontal runs, IRC R302.11 blocking/ draft stop required at drop ceiling at main floor, IRC R302.11 all penetrations must be sealed through top plates and vapor barrier, IFGC G2424.1 support gas piping at range in wall, up stairs double lav must be properly pitched, DWV not fully under test, Vent at main floor bathroom cannot terminate in between floors, nail plates missing throughout, proper nail plates required at plumbing walls.
