5/14/25: NOT READY FOR INSPECTION, LATH MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE CALLING FOR INTERMEDIATE INSPECTION. IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported midway on vertical runs, IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported every 4' on horizontal runs, IRC R302.11 blocking/ draft stop required at drop ceiling at main floor, IRC R302.11 all penetrations must be sealed through top plates and vapor barrier, IFGC G2424.1 support gas piping at range in wall, up stairs double lav must be properly pitched, DWV not fully under test, Vent at main floor bathroom cannot terminate in between floors, nail plates missing throughout, proper nail plates required at plumbing walls. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.

5/15/25: verified DWV and Domestic under test, Nail plates required required throughout and shall be 4"x8" at plumbing walls for top plate and sole plates, Horizontal runs for DVW require support 4' o.c, all penetrations must be sealed through top plate at exterior and interior walls including all walls that have a drop ceiling, Gas piping must be appropriately supported at horizontal run in garage.

1. Partial pass; Okay to proceed with drywall on firewalls.
06/06/2025 COT - RSBU - Residential Intermediate may include Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and/or Mechanical work. Only one inspection may be attached for all trades for final rough-in. Re-inspection required 6/6/2025 stack vent at laundry has to be minimum 18". Add fire blocking to all soffit areas.
06/10/2025 COT - RSBU - Residential Intermediate may include Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and/or Mechanical work. Only one inspection may be attached for all trades for final rough-in. Passed 6/10/2025 all corrections have been made. Okay to insulate and drywall.
