10/17/23: I called Steve Stratigouleas and he stated that Fire & Site Engineering have not inspected yet, and none of the corrections from 10/16/23 have been completed. I informed Steve to not recall for a final building inspection until the above are completed. I also informed Steve that more corrections may be added to the list, as I stopped the inspection mid-way due to excessive corrections.
10/31/2023 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Re-inspection required 10/31/23: install a landing outside office door, wrap all exterior water lines with R-3 foam and UV resistant tape, all exterior outlets required to be WR devices, top of wall mounted ladder is not OSHA approved to access the roof, floor drain in Art Room is not flush to concrete floor, install ADA shower seats per 2009 ADA requirements, install shower head slide bar per ADA requirements, waiting on Fire Dept and Site Engineering.
11/06/2023 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Partial Pass 11/6/23: OK to issue TCO level 4.
12/22/2023 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Passed 12/21/2023 approved for CofO.
