1. Patio roof only has 1/8” slope per foot, min is 1/4” per foot.
2. There is no vapor barrier between framing and exterior sheathing, and the windows are not installed between the framing and exterior sheathing. The contractor has been directed to install a minimum of one layer of #15 felt over the new exterior sheathing, install windows & door, install flashing and call for a inspection BEFORE the next layer of sheathing is installed.
3. Install H2.5 to patio rafters at house wall.
