It appears that pvc was used for the TPR drain. Also, it appears that this drain is tied together with a condensate drain. Neither of these issues are acceptable.

There is no disconnect at the unit. It needs a disconnect box at the unit or a lockout breaker in the exterior main elec panel.

Please correct these 3 items and recall.
