This retaining wall is retaining 40” of earth and 68” of lateral force to the higher wall. This existing retaining wall has no footing and is stacked block without any mortar joints. The pool rebar cage is directly against the exposed base course. New engineering by the engineer of record (Alan Money) will be required to address this issue. Submit this new engineering and a revised & accurate site plan for new review. Cancel all other inspections |
