All cuts in the alleyway that cross the entire alleyway will get a final patch and Microsealing. Any other patches by themselves will be a final patch only. All patches within 8 feet of another patch will be one patch.

05/10/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - I talked to Arizona pipeline about them crossing the wash at the south end of the Meadows town houses. The concrete is in really bad shape. I told them whatever they cut out they need to fix in kind. The panels are about 20 feet in length I don’t feel they should have to go from panel to panel and they’re making a 4 foot cut. I did tell them if there is a large crack near where they are cutting to cut it beyond the failure in the concrete. They do have to cross into a private drive of El Dorado town houses. They said they are going to meet up with them when they get closer to actually getting into the private street. I am going to stop by and leave my card in case there’s any problems.
