Not marked by blue stake. 12” HP gas is at 66” will bore 36-40” over top backfill 2’ sand and slurry to bottom of asphalt. Continue to pot hole. Southwest barricades bringing bump signs plates to be placed on potholes with cold patch around edges. |

TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - R drilling pot holing. Bore path to move 7’ south at swf to avoid UA electrical conduit. Open trench north to swf and place concrete cap. Trench will be 20”. Bore rout east will be 5’ south of electric and 5’ north of sewer. Bore east to cherry. Pot holing 12” HP gas. Micro surface or slur ray not needed VSSI is coming back at a future time to complete micro surface. Asphalt to be patched. |
