05/28/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Meeting took place on 2616 N 15th Av. People attending meeting were Alex and James from DEIH, Nick Dominguez and Nancy Carrillo from Vertical one, Larry Castro from VZN and Caitlin from Southwest barricades.
Electric pole will be installed where existing pole is, also will have same elevation. Vertical one will save mast arm for new pole to install light. No meter box for this sight, power will come from jbox. Vertical one was notified that native pants and trees were not to be removed. Spoke to Nancy Carrillo from Vertical one and stated would send the ROW Precon meeting sheets filled out and pics of notification of work to neighbors via email to Dan Robertson, Travis Horness and myself.
