Pic of timer - ID shut off time set to, and ID business location in pic
Note that a lock out may be required, depending on location of shut off and location of sign.

This site is zoned O-1, a zoning classification that is obtained only through a rezoning process. Research shows there are no conditions related to signage for case C9-00-01.
1) Specific to the O-1 zone: UDC 7A.10.2.B table 2 note 1. A 20 sq. ft. is allowed per tenant in a multi-tenant complex. The maximum size of any is 20 sq.
Proposal shows a 50 sqft wall sign on the north elevation. An SDRC application was also submitted for a review request to increase sign area to 30 sqft greater in the O-1 zone than allowed.
2) Per UDC 7A.10.2.b. table - please note that the sign cannot be illuminated between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. within the O-1 zone.
3) Referred to the SDRC process.
4) no other comments for IBC, OLC nor NEC. |
