Codes: Unified Development Code (UDC) 7A Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC), Tucson-Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), International Building Code (IBC) 2018.
1) Acknowledged existing sign Temporary Revocable Easement (TRE) 1996-042B to be used again for sign replacement, signed copy received, location ok and matches TRE and code minimum setback of 20' from street curb.
2) NEC / OLC - add note 'existing power to be utilized'
3) Construction -
a) Provide notations how cabinet mounted to support pole (i.e. bolted saddle plates?)
b) Provide clarification if any field welds will be done on the top plate - note that special inspection is required for that and a form is required to be filled out by an engineer ahead of time if that circumstance applies.
