Thrall Codes: National Electrical Code (NEC), Tucson-Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), International Building Code (IBC) 2018, Unified Development Code (UDC) Sign Standards 7A 1) Provide property management written approval. 2) Provide photo showing parapet system on roof top and that each sign A and Sign B will not be roof signs - or provide note that parapet roof system has been installed and sign lettering shall not exceed that parapet height. (acknowledged Master Sign Program 19-06 approval for allowed sign area / letter height 3) Revise diagram set to call out which sign is on what elevation - east / west - as shoud be noted on bottom left of diagram. 4) OLC - maximum color temperature is 4400k, drawing indicates 4500k (see right side of diagram, sheet 2).
