all signage shown on south elevation of submitted plan set shall be mounted through the mortar with minimal penetrations to the building
the individual letter portion of the sign shall be mounted using a raceway power pack to limit penetrations to a maximum of four (4)
the logo cabinet portion of the sign is to be mounted with a maximum of six (6) penetrations to the mortar as shown in section detail
when sign is removed - the buildling mortar is to be repaired by a certified adobe specialist and phtoos of the repair are to be returned to staff |
