Thrall Status: partial approval 1) provide written landlord approval for the sign permit package as submitted. 2) until the tenant improvement building permit is issued, no sign permit may be issued. 3) The variance for Houghton Town Center sign area for attached wall signs on buildings (case S-08-22) appears to render this location an in-line shop tenant with total sign area allowance of 2.5 square feet per linear foot of frontage, of which the plan set is in compliance with. Landlord permission will confirm the tenant size to equate to the variance case. 4) Be advised staff will be stamping the plans to reflect that the curfew time of midnight will be in effect with the timer and that at the self-cert inspection the timer should be set to reflect that shut off time for both signs. Please submit the requested document to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov |
