Codes: Unified Development Code (UDC) 7A Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC 600), Tucson Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), & International Building Code (IBC) 2018.
1. Sign permit can only be issued once the Development Package DP21-0084 and the tenant improvement plan set permits have been issued: T20CM08680 for site work.
2. Sign area proposed overall is well within allowance, given frontage.
3. RE: NEC 600 / OLC
A) note where central timer is for signs for inspection
B) note location of dedicated circuit for each sign and provide labeled breaker panel at inspection, note that a lock out may be required
4) IBC 2018:
A) Provide mounting info for sign A - size of anchors or bolts / typical number per letter.
B) Provide mounting information for the replacement raised letter faces on sign I (pole sign)
C) Provide mounting information for the raised letter faces on sign J (i.e. is this a track this face snaps into?)
